Getting to know your vulva is a very good idea.
An art and body acceptance workshop where you learn how to create your own 3D cast of your vulva –
and perhaps discover your body from a completely new perspective.
Vulva Power workshops are currently taking place in Colombia.
It is about womanhood, our bodies and the experiences that have shaped us.
About self-doubt, change and difficult experiences – but also about strength, body acceptance and reconnecting with ourselves.
In a safe and supportive space, we create room for honest conversations.
We talk about things that are often left unspoken, listen to each other and discover how different – and at the same time how similar – our stories can be.

You are not alone.
In your experiences, doubts or questions.
Body acceptance is a process.
Here, you can give yourself the space to reconnect with and rediscover your body.
We need honest conversations.
About womanhood, our bodies, vulvas and female sexuality.
And most importantly:
This is not about how your body is supposed to look.
It is about discovering what makes yours unique.

We begin with conversations around our bodies, womanhood, vulvas, sexuality and body acceptance.
It is a space where experiences can be shared, questions can be asked and things can be said out loud that we rarely get the opportunity to talk about.
You decide what you want to share – and what you prefer to keep to yourself.
Then we move into the artistic part of the workshop.
I guide you through the process step by step and show you how to create your own 3D vulva cast yourself.
You remain in control of your body and your experience throughout the entire process.
Your cast becomes your own personal piece of art.
Unique. Just like your body.
Created by you.
This is not about what a vulva is “supposed” to look like.
It is about seeing your own.
Different women. Different stories. One powerful experience.
Vulva Power has brought women together in Germany, Paraguay and Colombia – creating spaces for honest conversations, body acceptance, female sexuality and art.
Every workshop is different.
Every story is personal.
Every vulva is unique.
At the AE Festival in Bogotá, Vulva Power was right in the middle of it all – yet somehow different. 💜
Surrounded by erotic and sexual experiences, we stood out with a different message: for us, sexuality is not just about sexual experiences. It is about education, body acceptance, self-determination and breaking taboos.
We believe sexuality starts with the connection you have with yourself. Getting to know your own body, understanding what feels right for you and recognizing your personal boundaries are an important part of that.
The better you know yourself, the more clearly you can recognize and communicate your own boundaries.
That is what Vulva Power stands for: looking, learning, talking openly – and discovering your own body without shame. 💜

What a beautiful and powerful experience with an incredible group of women in Heilbronn. 💜
We shared honest conversations about our bodies, womanhood, sexuality and the experiences that have shaped us. We laughed, we listened, we created – and each woman made her own unique piece of art.
But the experience didn’t end when the workshop was over.
The feedback afterwards was incredibly meaningful. It showed me that creating your own vulva cast can be much more than an artistic experience. It can start an inner process – a moment of seeing yourself differently, reflecting on your relationship with your body and discovering something about yourself that may have been hidden for a long time.
Sometimes, seeing yourself with different eyes can change more than you expect. 💜
Paraguay was another very special chapter of the Vulva Power journey. 💜
Bringing the workshop to a new country showed us once again how differently women experience and talk about their bodies, sexuality and womanhood depending on their culture and environment.
The conversations, reactions and openness were completely different from the workshops in Germany and Colombia – and that is exactly what made this experience so interesting and valuable.
Different country. Different perspectives. Different stories.
But the same desire to understand ourselves better, break taboos and create a stronger connection with our own bodies.
Because no matter where we come from, getting to know ourselves is powerful. 💜

Medellín was an unforgettable experience for Vulva Power. 💜
The people were incredible, and we were overwhelmed by how many women trusted us and decided to create their own vulva cast.
The energy was completely different from Bogotá – deeply emotional, open and full of connection. There were moments of vulnerability, gratitude, laughter and so much joy.
For many women, creating their vulva cast became more than just making a piece of art. It became a very personal inner process – a moment to connect with their bodies, see themselves from a new perspective and embrace a part of themselves that is rarely seen or talked about.
So many emotions. So much trust. So much joy.
Medellín showed us once again how powerful it can be when women are given a safe space to discover, celebrate and reconnect with their own bodies. 💜

Crazy – every journey has to start somewhere. 💜
One of our first Vulva Power workshops in Colombia took place in the heart of Chapinero, Bogotá, in 2024.
After bringing this experience to women in Germany, bringing Vulva Power to Colombia was something truly special. The concept was completely new here – exciting, bold and unlike anything we had seen before.
And it worked.
Women came together, broke taboos, created their own vulva casts and had the opportunity to consciously see and discover a part of their bodies that many of us barely know ourselves.
Because surprisingly, many of us don’t actually know what our own vulva looks like.
What started as an idea has grown into a mission that continues to reach more and more women.
Look. Discover yourself. Break taboos. And celebrate how unique every body is. 💜
